My name is Leigh Birch and I am a highly experienced, professional Structural Engineer, Structural Surveying Consultant and Expert Witness, providing services in the Nottingham, East Midlands and the Lincolnshire areas.

The past 30 years have seen me working with contractors, consultants, local authorities and river authorities on a wide range of Structural and Civil engineering projects. From harbour construction and petro-chemical process plants and pipelines, to tunnelling, housing, roads, sewers and river engineering, my career has taken me from the United Kingdom to the Middle East and North Africa.

I currently specialise in pre-sale or house / property Structural Surveys and I also offer Expert Witness / Single Joint Expert services.
